Detroubulator-installation

Hi All,

How to install detroubulator..? I followed this blog /people/luc.hermans/blog/2006/11/14/detroubulator-a-complete-walkthrough

But i am not able to get this installation program Detroubulator.msi..

Can any one give the complete procedure for installation..
