Double Contacts in Outlook when syncing with C4C

Hello,

In my Outlook Cloud for Customer contact persons I sometimes have 1 and the same contact multiple times. However in C4C it only exists once.

Anyone encountered the same issue?

    No, I solved the problem by removing the Outlook add-on completely. Also remove the folders ByD created via the add-on in Outlook.

    After re-installing the problem was solved.
