SAP License Matrix

Hi,

i wanted to bifurcate users by their SAP License Type, but have not found anything which guides me to assign T-codes associated with the License Types, is there any solution i will align my users according to license specific T-codes, i have users across 5 below modules:

FI & CO, SD, LE, HCM, PM, MM

can anybody suggest which type applied by module for example 2 of my users only run FBCJ transaction and 3 of my users from MM specifically involved in PO related activities) (ME21N, ME22N.......so on)

my question is how the sap measures the license

1) module wise license bifurcation applied to users

or

2) T-code wise license applied
