Material exclusion does not work in ABAP query

Dear SAP Experts,

I have developed one abap query with billing date,sales org, material no.(Selection screens)

Normally in the range of material I am keeping some materials in exclude range.

But after being executed that report still those sales documents are getting updated in the report where as excluded materials are in documents.

Please let me know what could be the reason..\

Mismatch between the selection screen field and the field in query? Could be some custom code in the infoset or 1001 other reasons, really.

Would need much more information to answer intelligently. This would be answered much faster/easier by just asking an ABAPer locally.

Not sure what your ABAP query is and moreover, you have not shared the screen shot and it is very difficult to understand from your post. By the way, on your comments

try including the document type as one the selection parameters
