DTW: Invoice is already closed or blocked 65171

Hi all,

I was trying to upload an Outgoing payment by using DTW, which include one AR credit memo and one AP invoice.

I simulate the result, turns out AP invoice was successfully imported. whereas the AR credit memo has a problem and the description said "Invoice is already closed or blocked Invoice is already closed or blocked 65171"

I have checked both AP invoice and AR credit memo's status are opened on SQL.

could anyone please give with my problem?
