I can't view a lumira story in a browser.

when i open BI launch pad, i am able to see the crystal reports and lumira stories. when i right client on a report, i have "View" and i can view the data.. however when i right click on Lumira story, there isn't any option to view the data within the browser!. i tried both IE 11 and Chrome, nothing worked.

i double checked the permissions within the CMC, the user has full access to the folder.

i read alot of threads online, but couldn't find anything like my incident..

am i missing anything? please help..

Hi Feras,

We do not have the option to see data in Lumira Server when published in the BI platform. If we enable the Edit option, we can see the Compose and Visualize tab. All data preparation is restricted to the Lumira Desktop.

Can you attach screenshot? Are you not able to see the view option when you right click on Lumira document?

What is your BI Platform and Lumira versions ?

is your environment is clustered ? Where did lumira web content installed ?

Are you using Web server URL to access ?
