Asset created in 2016. I have changed the depreciation key in the mid of 2017. Now, I have made all adjustments for depreciation of previous year under head, " unplanned dep" in current year. Now, the requirement is to delete the "PLANNED" item showing in 2016. I want to simply delete this so that I can close the asset year 2016.
2016 financial year is closed hence, I don't want to post and reverse later on for any audit purpose. Please advise urgently to delete this without affecting any balances in previous year.
I read many similar Q, but I dont find exact solution. What about the note OSS 29694. How to proceed that note? Can this simply delete the planned item of 2016? What is the impact of this note?
