HI
I am working on WM/PP matl staging scenario.
We need a system generated pick list which needs to take the Quantity on Hand into account and provide a pick list by deducting the amount.
Example:
QOH: Mat X 20 EA in Supply Area
For Prod Order XXXXX, we need Mat X 100 EA
So, the TR should be created for 80EA.
Is it possible??
Thanks,
sen
Hi Sen,
It is possible to set the system to consider the available materials in the production supply area. However, you can use this only if you use fixed storage bins (and not dynamic ones) in storage type 100 (100 is the default storage type for production supply in SAP WM).
You can set the quantity reduction for storage types in Customizing.

Hi Sen,
Please have a look at the following link:

Hi Sen,
Sorry I cannot test it now, but if you think of the manual TO creation from the automatically created TR, as I remeber we used that (of course it is valid only for pick-parts (staging indicator '1')).
I hope maybe Jürgen or another one of the WM experts will read this and they can confirm / refute my opinion.

No, the reason is mateiral in supply area is already issued for some other purpose. now if you have not consumed that then you have to return back to WM.
