Hi ALL GURUS,

my case is if i run a template, by using month view(ex: jan2005) , am getting all the absence types for the organisations inthat particular month, and a bar chartfor the absences , if i right click and goto employee view, am getting the employee details in other window and am not getting the pie chart( and that page is a query run web page not a template run page in portal) not getting the pie charts

HOW TO CREATE TEMPLATE TO TEMPLATE INTERFACE LIKE RRI.IS THERE ANYTHING LIKE THE ONE .PLS HELP ME ON THIS

Hi,

You can have a template to template RRI. The starting point for the RRI is always a query or a cube, but in the receiver area, you can mention the name of the web application (web template) that you want to jump to. You can do this in RSBBS. Then when you run the template (which had the sender query as the dataprovider) and right click > goto > you can jump to the web template set up as the receiver.

I have noticed that in RSBBS we are able to use BW 3.x Web Application as receiver from a query, we dont see any option for BI 7 Web Application. Since we are creating our Web Application in BI 7, our Web Application reports are not being shown in the list of the receivers.

In the receivers option BW 3.x Web Application is there only, no option for BI 7 Web Application. Is there any setting needed to get this option?

Hi

I think it will work even BI 7.0 also as otherwise..no point in new version bringing up.

But I am not sure about the SP ,may be u need to check that...becoz..of which u r not able to run ur BI 7.0 Web reports

hi..

It shld work,if u have mentioned ur report name in RRI Properly.

U try running ur PIE Chart & chk whether it works & then chk again in RRI..

& chk the basic steps as Bhanu replied.
