Returns Order

Hi All,

I have a scenarion whree in we have recieved a po for qty20, we have issued a sales order for order qty 20,deliverd & billed the same for 20 qty.

Now the customer returned qty5, for which we created a Return order for qty 5& then we create a return delivery the system stops.

Again we have to go to change sales order there in

Goto-header -status-object status and the status has to be released by authority.

Here the problem is person can change the quantity from 3 to 5.THe stauts gorup should be defulted and should not allow to change the qunatity.

Regards,Rajneesh
