Hi All,
We have 10 different physical bank accounts and each bank account is assigned to GL account (Main bank account).under every main bank account, we have 3 or 4 clearing accounts (Check clearing, EFT clearing and etc.).
Should I create 10 different main account symbols and 10*3 clearing account symbols? or I can use same clearing account symbols to map 10 different main accounts symbols in electronic bank statement process? Please advice me on this?
We have the following banking structure. every account assigned to main account and under these accounts we have 3-4 clearing accounts.
1.Operating Concentration Account
2.Trust Investment Concentration
3.ZBA - Checking Controlled Disbursement
4. Payroll
5.Investment
6.Dividend Payments
7.Special Purpose account
8.Savings
9.Tax/Compensation
10.Brokerage Acct
Some transactions are happening between main acounts.
Example
Cr Operating concentration
Dr ZBA checking controlled disbursement account
OR
Dr Operating Account Concentration
Cr Payroll
How can i create account symbols for above structure?please advice me.
