what is Crystal Wave and Push Techniques?

Hi,

Currently i am using PLD and XL Reporter for Reporting purpose in SAP b1.

But some reports i am unable to create by using these tools.

so everyone suggesting the crystal Reports.

In this process, i heared about "Crystal Wave" and "Push Techniques".

anybody can explain regarding these tools?
