Hi,

We are helping a team member to post a Blog and this person has just registered on blogs.sap.com using SSO . We followed the steps to move from the initial level of subsribing in the blog to contributing by following the intro blog and also follow a few more blogs However, the person is still not able to post the blog. How can you follow a Tag

Hi Gabriella,

We were trying to get one of our senior leaders Camilla Dahlen, VP of ISV, Cloud and OEM North America Partnerships at SAP, to post a blog. Her SAP email id is camilla.dahlen@sap.com and we had her register using single sign on yesterday on blogs.sap.com and got her to complete the 2 steps- Follow the intro blog and also follow a tag( SAP HANA Cloud Platform). She is still unable to move to the next level to contribute by posting a blog . I had reached out to Brian Bernard on mail and he has asked to write to sapnetwork@sap.com. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks
Shiv

Hi,

I can confirm that Camilla does not have any blogger roles assigned to her yet, so she's not a contributor nor an author, that's why she cannot post a blog.

If she fulfilled the criteria of being a blogger (as written below by Jerry) and still cannot start writing a blog, the colleagues will need to investigate the case further.

Best,

Gabi

If your colleague completed the mission outlined at

https://blogs.sap.com/2016/09/06/navigating-blogger-levels-new-sap-community/ , then he or she should have moved to contributor level. Keep in mind that contributors still go through moderation before they can become authors.
If your colleague is unable to submit blogs to moderation, please let me know. We would need his or her userID or username to investigate further.
You can get information about following tags here:

I hope this helps.

Best regards,
