Hi Experts,
I'm having some trouble with a Crystal Report that is used for A/R Invoices and also for Draft A/R Invoices. What's happening is that I have procedures inside the report to validate if the object type is 13 or 112, and then the data come from OINV or ODRF, respectively. I ran the report in the Crystal Reports (I insert the parameters: DocKey@ and ObjectId@) and both of the reports appears like it's suppose to. After import the report into SAP Business One, I preview an A/R Invoice and it's all OK. When I preview the draft, the addresses have disappeared. But in Crystal, with exactly the same parameters, the addresses appeared and it's all OK. Anyone know what's happening? I don't know what this could be.
Thanks, Catarina Anjos
Hi,
I rebuilt the report step by step, to see what's causing the problem. In the same report, an invoice is printed without errors, but the draft document cuts a part of the header if the footer is a little bit longer. I don't know why this is happening but I solved the problem with a trial and error method, so that both documents are printed correctly.
Thank you everyone.

Hi Catarina,
Could you share your report?
I never had this problem, but without more information it is hard to identifie what can be happening.
There is a blog that explain how create a report for documents and document drafts like your scenario, maybe this blog has some point that help to discover your problem.

Hi Don,
I do rebuilt the report before, more than once, and I have two different results in the same report. I don't know whats this can be.
Just have to wait and see if someone know the solution for this.
Thank you Don.

Hi Catarina,
Sorry, B1 has it's own version of Crystal Reports and from the cases I do take most times the report needs to be rebuilt, meaning the people who created those canned reports did not understand that CR Designer is a relational Reporting Tool and left a lot of data sources unlinked.
Once the report is imported into the B1 Server I have no experience with.
Don
PS - I changed the Tag to B1 SDK, that may be better in getting a B1 Rep to look at your issue.
