Initialize Tape Error

Dear All,

When we are initializing the tape or taking the backup in first

attempt, the following errors hav occured :

and the same time in second attempt, there is no any error even we are able to take backup and initialize the tape successfully.

Why it is giving error in first attempt ??? Any clues ??
