Hi Experts,
We are in the midst of implementing Genesys version 7.5 and running CRM 5.0 webclient. Did all the applicable configuration from the CRM side. The problem we are experiencing is that the Tool Bar icons (soft keys eg accept, reject etc ) are not appearing for some odd reason. The Genesys system acknowledges the user logged in with no errors.
Please advice!!!!!!!
