Exporting / importing translations

Hello all,

I am relatively new to SAP B1 but I'll try to explain as best as possible:

We are currently working on enriching our Item Master Data by adding translations of some fields, such as the item description, and some UDF's.

By means of a query, we export the data, which we then enrich using Microsoft Excel. So far we have used this method to fill many fields. However, this is the first time we want to add translations.

Which field(s) do we need to add to the query in order to be able to add translations (for example, for the field "Item Description" using Excel? I am referring to the menu that opens when you click the little globe icon in a field you are editing in SAP (the one that opens the translation menu). How do we add these fields to the query?

I hope my question is clear. If not, please do not hesitate to ask me for further explanation.
