Not able to open Disclosure Management chapters in Excel

Hi Expert,

Today when I open my DM Chapters in Excel it shows me an error message in Excel attached below:

Not only for 1 chapter its showing same in all chapters and in all the environment.

Please do the Needfuladvice.

The message itself comes from Excel, not DM

As a first step, do the following

- go to the chapter

- open the revision tab

- select the last revision and click "download"

- save this Excel file

-open the file in Excel (use Excel where the DM client has not been installed)

Does this work? If not, there is some corruption in the file itself

I used to have no issue with Excel when I had Office 2016 32-Bit, but when installed Office 2019 64-Bit, we face the same issue.

I already tried your method and the file was opened seamlessly after I downloaded it, but what to do next?
