If you know what authorizations has to be provided to a specific user then use transaction code SU01 then enter the user name and under Roles TAB you can See or provide the authorizations. You can also create new user by SU01.

Hi Vimol,
There are few composite roles in XI (SAP_XI* and SAP_SLD*) ..
eg. SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR, SAP_XI_MONITOR, etc
Go through above roles and you will find tcodes related to XI.
