Error trying to apply note 2436044 Mexico e-Accounting new version 1.3

I try to apply note 2436044 with Note assistant, but there are still a few pre-requisites missing. Among them it requires to implement note 2105358, but we don't use CFDI from SAP, so this note does not apply to us. I get error when implementing it.

Therefore I am stuck and cannot complete the prerequisites for 2436044.

FYR: We have been using e-accounting in SAP since it started with no issue; but now we need to update for new SAT version 1.3.

I will really appreciate any help.
