Field VDATU or RM06K-VPABD in MEKL transaction

Hi guys!

How can I to know where is the field "Change is valid from" content?

It´s strange because in our PRD instalation the date is 16-Mar-2001, but I have no idea what is the reason.

The information is always present when the transaction MEKL is called.
