Hello,

Does anyone know how to show DD/MM/YYYY date format in C4C?

It seems that this option doesn't exist in C4C as da date format

When we use the DD.MM.YYYY date format and export our reports to Excel, it's not possible to sort on month or year.

When I manully change this to DD/MM/YYYY I'm able to filter by month or year

Hello there Arian,

In our first impression about your scenario, maybe you should look for standard settings maintained on your MS Excel, in your computer. Please, evaluate this link for further information, an excellent LinkedIn post about these excel needs. If by setting your MS Excel standards as needed makes you still face this undesired behavior, please reply back on this thread for continuing the dialog towards a positive outcome in your end. Bye!

Hi Fabio,

In your solution I need to change my local date format to DD.MM.YYYY. I want to change the C4C date format to DD/MM/YYYY which is not supported by SAP...

Any idea if this will become available?

Hello Arian,

I did further tests in our internal test system 1711 release. When I changed the date format for my user in 'personalize -> my settings' the excel exports changed the date format as well. We are using MS Excel 2016 here, I just exported the test surveys we have. The first screenshot shows you on a edit screen of a business role. Try 'My Settings' on 'Personalize' button in the upper bar for your user.

If the exports are not changing after you do this maybe you should open an incident.
