How can make coding at PCR based on Effective Date

i have request to change on PCR Code starting from 16.09.2017,so I make these changes

1-Make Variable at T511K called "ZNCIN" as Follow

Have Value 1 From 16.09.2017 Till 31.12.9999

and Value 2 From 16.09.1980 Till 15.09.2017

2-i write this code at PCR

HRS=ZNCIN

HRS?1

I write anthor Code

the issue when I run time evaluation in period 10.2017 the system read Value 2 not 1

can any one let me know where is the issue?

and then modify your pcr to use Operation HRS=CZNCIN
