Error message in WBS budget availability control using BAPI_PO_CREATE1

Hi All,

I am facing an error message when I try to create a purchase order in SAP using BAPI_PO_CREATE1 due to the commitment on that WBS. The problem is that when I execute the transaction in Dialog mode directly in SAP I am just getting a warning message instead and not an error message. Any recommendation please.
