Change link for a web-page in CRM 3.0

Hello.

I'm new to CRM and have a problem with a link in cic0.

Before we had a link to linjegods.no, but now we have to change this link to another web-site called schenker.no.

Where is it possible to do this change?

This is an old crm (BBPCRM 3.0)

Please can somebody help me?
