Please check the following:
T-Code SPRO and then Logistics General --> Logistics Information Systems (LIS) --> Logistics Data Warehouse --> Data Basis --> Information Structures --> Maintain Self Defined Information Structures
Here check if the info structure S804 is active. If yes, try to generate it. Also, check the next node Display Generation Log for Information Structures
Hope this helps,
Lakshman
Sorry, I did not understand where you got "???".
Just check the definition once again in the node I mentioned. Go to "Tech Field Info" for each field to see that there is a source for the field.
Check the generation log.
Do these in the system where you get the error.
Please let me know the result as well as the answer to the first line (about ???)

Hello Ileana,
please check in dev. system in which field catalogues the customer fields have been defined (use transaction MC20 to display the self defined field catalogues). I think there's at least one self defined field catalogue missing.
If you've found missing catalogues you have to transport them into the system where it is missing.
Best regards
Stephan
Hi!
I get the "???" in the characteristics and in the key figures column, in the lines where the customer defined fields should be.
When I check the technical field information for those fields, there is no "data element" or "domain name" information.
When I enter the transaction for the generation log, i get the message "no log fpound"

Hello Ileana,
I've never seen "???" in an information structure (IS), or in the corresponding database table. Where do you get it? In SE11 for the database table, or in MC23 for the IS?
The IS are based on so called communication structures (e.g. MCIPM and MCIQF for the Plant maintenance information structures). Have you enhanced the communication structures for your application? If so, perhaps you have transported the IS and the field catalogues, but not the enhancement of this communication structures?
The (IS) is a self defined inforstructure. Correct?
For which type of application have you defined it (you can find it in transaction MC23, when you display the IS).
Where do you get the error message?
Only some questions to locate the error.
Best regards
Stephan
