S/4 Hana and Fiori Ruleset

Hi Experts,

As per the s- note 2539742, it is enable to run the risk analysis for S4 HANA and Fiori system , also delivered the Ruleset data in BC sets.

We have upgraded our GRC 10.1 system to SP 19 however we are not able to see the BC sets( Fiori and S4 Hana).

Please some one help to get the BC sets avaliable in SP 19.

The note is slated to be deleted. Looks like you have to upgrade to SP20.

Hi Everyone,

Latest update on release of S4HANA Ruleset - SAP Note 2574731 - Ruleset for S/4 HANA Risk Analysis

"In SP20 of GRC 10.1, Rulesets are delivered for S/4 HANA and HANA Database via BC Sets."

There is no word in this note about availability of the RuleSet being made available in SP19.

In fact the previous Note 2539742 has also been updated to reflect that SP20 needs to Installed (again no mention of SP19)

ETA for SP20 is January 22nd.

Hi Ramesh,

Thanks for your reply. This means, we still are waiting for SAP to release a note which will actually introduce BC sets for S4 Hana ruleset as currently we do not have the BC sets available in SP19. I will try if note #2574731 can be implemented (or) just a informative note

As per the latest update I understood from SAP team member, BC sets for S4 sod ruleset are avialable in SP20 and a note will be released for SP19 to introduce the same in few days.

If you are not able to see the BC sets for HANA on V11 SP19 then I am guessing you need to be on S4 HANA V8(S4 HANA) to view the BC sets

Same here. We are unable to see the BC set which is talking about S4 Hana ruleset in note #2539742

hi,

Even we have installed the system but even I cant see that the rulesets either.

We have - > GRCFND_A V8000 SP05).

2) Configure parameter 1046 to set up extended objects-enabled connector.
Done

3) Configure parameter 1022 to allow connector IDs to be case sensitive.
Done

4) Activate the delivered rules BC Sets. ( I cant see the BC sets )
Activate the BC sets for the following scenarios that is applicable for your landscape.

Scenario 1: Core S/4HANA and Fiori Applications are installed in 2 different systems

1. Create 2 connectors.
   One for the core S/4HANA on-premise system and another for the Fiori application system.
2. For the core S/4HANA on-premise system connector, activate BC set “GRAC_RA_RULESET_S4HANA_CORE”.
3. For the Fiori application system connector, activate BC set “GRAC_RA_RULESET_S4HANA_FIORI”.
4. Generate rules via SPRO --> GRC --> Access Control -->Access Risk Analysis --> Generate SoD Rules.

Yes we have plugin and GRC deployed in the same and versions. Please find the attached screen for the version.

we have checked in 000 client however BC sets are not available for Fiori and S4 Hana.
