kernel 114 error

I upgraded ERP SR2 kernel level 114 from 111 so now in dispatcher the message is "dispatcher started but dialog queue in standstill"

dev-disp:

WARNING => DpRqServiceQueue: timeout of HIGH PRIO msg, return DP_CANT_HANDLE_REQ

I increased the no of dialog workprocess and reduced abap/buffer as well but went in vain.
