Payslip error related to designation

Hi All,

I am facing a different problem related to payslip pls suggest me.

after running promotion action in a particular month payslip shows new designation, and when we check the previous month remuneration statement previous designation should come, but it is showing new designation in the previous remuneration statement also.

Is there any option to display different disignations before and after promotion?

pls suggest me where i have to make changes?

    Hi,

If previous payroll results contain previous designation,

if the remuneration statement uses payroll results, automatically old designation will get picked.

if remuneration statement used master data.....then may be it is designed to get the latest master data.

It should be changed to get the master data for that period instead of the latest one

    Thanks,

    Haritha

      Hi Harita,

May be you are right, it is taking from master data.

after changes new designation is showing in the payslip.

where to make changes or modify to take data from payroll results table.

      thanx in advance

      chandu
