Hi S&D team,
At present, when SO and billing is done, system is picking up exchange rate type "M"
"M" exchange rate type gets updated daily on basis of our bank.
As per requirement, for billing, exchange rate notified by custom needs to be used (for calculating GST for exports under rebate).
For ex: Sales order was created on 31st Oct (custom notified rate was INR 65.44 / USD)
While invoicing (VF01) on 5th November (custom notified rate was INR 64.98 / USD). Hence invoicing and GST should be calculated on 64.98. This exchange rate will change twice in a month.
Hence I am talking of two requirements:
1. Use another exchange rate type (other than M) for Sales Order and Billing
2. Exchange rate as on date on invoicing should be used at the time of invoicing and GST calculation

Hi,
go to VTFL and at Item level there is a field- PricingExchRate type which controls the Exchange Rate in the Billing Document.
