MTO scenario

Dears..

Ours is pure MTO scenario. I am planning to use strategy 82. So while creating the Sales order itself...system will create a planned order with reference to the sales order.

Actually we are having more than 250 finished materials. but the sales orders for a given month may be for 20 to 30 material codes. So, based on the delivery date and production requirements....I want to convert the planned orders into production orders (my sales order are may be there for 2 years... but I will consider the next 2 months deliveries.) My question is...

1. How can I run the MRP at the plant level (using MD01 transaction). Please let me know...how can I create a user exit that is required for the MD01???

2. How can I convert the planned orders into production orders based on the production selection dates (I don't want to convert individual planned orders). Similary I don't want to convert a planned for which I am going to start the production after 2 or 3 months???

3. Where can I see the overview of scheduled start dates of all the production order of all the materials. In COOIS I can see this...but in the same transaction I want to reschedule the times if it is required. Is there any transaction for this purpose???
