I am trying to find how to Configure analytics in CRM.
I have ISA working in CRM E-commerce. Based on information available on net SAP CRM E-commerce also has analytics app called E-Analytics. (customer analytics and sales analytics)
How is this configured?
Is it same like XCM we do for Internet Sales?
Any information will be appreciated.
I did read best practices for CRM to BI connectivity. But I am not sure how to display reports on web rfom CRM. Is it a XCM or is there seperate configuration for web analytics?
