Quota arrangement not working with upgrade S4 1709

Hi,

With the upgrade of S4 to version 1709, the master data field for quota arrangements was deleted as MRP will always take quota arrangements into account.

However the maximum quantity of the quota is no longer respected. Before the upgrade the quota maximum was used to split in different ATB for different suppliers, according to the quota arrangement.

I have entered the suppliers to the source list and automatic sourcing is checked at the purchasing inforecords. Is there something else that needs to be done?

from where did you upgrade to 1709? from 1610 or from ECC6?

what is ATB?

is the correction from following OSS note in your system?: 2101026 - MD01N: Maximum quantity of quota arrangement item exceeded

Hi Jurgen,

We upgraded from 1610 to 1709.

ATB is purchase requisition.

The note you suggest cannot be loaded into our system, also it does not show the exact corrections (not even in SNOTE) so I can't be certain if this is corrected already or not.

the note from Jürgen is not valid for yor system; please read the simplification note 2268069 for S/4 HANA

if you are a front runner with upgrading then you are as well the first who will discover all the bugs. As you can directly link it to the upgrade you may need to open an incident with SAP Support to get it fixed.
