We are facing an issue "universe generation failed for resource id...". we are using BO4.2 SP 2
When we are trying to refresh webi document form BI Launch Pad we are facing this issue

it seems your user name password is initial.have you tried to login in BW with same user? and if passwor dis initial then change it and try again.
Thanks for your quick reply, we tried using other ID and with this ID aslo tried login to BW and its working fine and the issue is still there
try to run the BEx query in RSRT and check if there any error with the query.
