Hi all,
I use a cancel process step in my BPM, in the workflow log I see the Cancel step was executed successfully, but the whole block is still in status "In process".
Anyone knows how to make the process end with status "Completed".

Problem: XML messages are displayed as not sent in XML monitoring.
Use transaction SXMB_ADM (or choose Exchange Infrastructure: Administration → Integration Engine Administration → Manage Queues) to make sure that you registered the queues for asynchronous message processing used by the Integration.
Procedure:
1. In the Monitor for Processed XML Messages, navigate to the queue for the message
(Queue ID column). If the queue contains a message with errors, you must correct or
remove it (contact the owner of the message, if necessary) before the other messages
can be processed.
2. Check that the queue is activated. (A common configuration error is activating queues on
the Integration Server only and not in the connected business systems). Tcode :SXMB_ADM, -->MANAGE QUEUES.
and do this to business systems too.
