    Hi Phani,

the WE20 checks the partner number dependig from the partner type. You will find the check routines in the table TEDST. The field ROUTIDREAD contains the subroutine and the field REPID the report which contains the subroutines. For example:

    Partnertype: KU (customer)

    REPID: RSETESTP

    ROUTIDREAD: READ_KNA1

All Partner from type KU will checked against the table KNA1.

    Regards,

    Dirk

check which partner type you are using, for example 'KU' for a customer. then check whether this customer exists. you can only enter a partner profile for already existing partners ...

    Hi Phani,

Your Vendor should exist in the sytem. If it is not exisiting in LFA1 table then you have to create the same before configuring the Partner Profile.
