Service Requests Attachments - Only 5 attachments available

Hello folks,

We are using the Ticket creation through incoming e-mails in the Service module of C4C. However we are noticing that, for e-mail which contain more than 5 attachments, the corresponding ticket created in C4C, only contains 5 attachments.
Is this the standard behavior? This seems to be a limitation currently.
Let me know if any of you have encountered such issues. Any pointers in this will be much appreciated.

    System shows only 5 attachments in HTML.
    You can navigate to E-mail -> Attachments tab while clicking on option symbol 'View Message details' , where you will see the complete available ones

    If user is using responsive UI then there is an E-mail tab available, where all attachments are available.
