SAPOsCol failure

Hi All,

I am installing SAPNW2004sDevWorkplaceSR2Preview and getting the following error during installation:

ERROR 2008-01-14 11:36:16

FSL-06002 Error 1057 (The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified.

) in execution of a 'StartService' function, line (1213), with parameter (SAPOsCol).

OS - Windows XP Professional SP2

When this error occurs the SAP installation is stopped and it shows error pop-up dialog. At this point I try to start SAPOsCol from Windows services screen. (Before this I make sure that security permissions for SAPOsCol are correct). Manual start of SAPOsCol also fails. In c:\usr\sap\prfclog\dev_coll I have the folloving messages:
