usage decision

Hi,

I am new in qm.

I am doing a usage decision through qa32 but system is not giving me any list in f4

actualy i have created code and code group catalog

where i have to do setting for it.

In QA32...whta are the option you have selected?

in list setting- you select - Select all inspection lots

Sir,

actualy i am going in qa11 through path of qa32

and when go for UD code system is not showing any list

ex. a=accept,

a4= accept under deviation

r = reject

these codes are not showing the system

please suggest.

hi

check whether you have assigned the catalog to the master inspection characteristic also check whether you have created selected set for usage decision for that plant

Dear,

You need to assign the selected set for UD to your plant in QS51

catalog - 3

plant - your plant

selected set= Use the one used for UD, usually it is "UD"

All ready I have done this assignment but still system is not giving in f4 list for ud

plant = my plant

Check your inspection type settings in config.

QM>Quality Inspection>Inspection lot creation-->Maintain Inspection types.

For each inspection type, provide the name of the UD selected set you wan to utilize. Each inspection type can have their own. Many places also check the box "Selected Sets in the same plant". If you use this, you must create a selected set for each plant where UD's will be done. They should all have the same name of course.

Hopefully this will resolve your problem.
