How to define security zone permissions

Hello All,

I am searching an optimum way to work with security zones.

For instance, an user wants to open an url iview in PCD but it shows a runtime error in the com.sap.portal.pcm.Title tab.

Where should I search the respective service in the security zones that controls this particular action?

There are any documentation? any tip?

Hi, I had the same problem and the fix was I had to reset the permission on the whole folder of com.sap.ip.collaboration, not just the workset itself and it worked.

Hi Marta,

Navigate to

System Administration -> Permission

then go to Portal Content and in that you can find security zones.
