How does the workflow/notification finds the user/agent ,once an automated job has reached error status.
Related to functionality where GRC PC triggers email notification to users once automated jobs fails.

The agent is determined based on the roles defined in customization.
Whats exactly is the error in the job log. If we look at the error, may be we can suggest you a better solution
