Facebook Ad Integration - Error Message when trying to authenticate

Dear Experts,

when trying to authenticate the facebook integration to create facebook advertisement the following error message appears: "Client configuration error or network problems. See kernel traces" inside the campaign app in hybris marketing.

Does anybody knows how to set a kernel trace or had the same error?

check transaction SMICM.

We also had that problem that was issued by the proxy and the SSL certificate in our case.
