about qm lot

my qm lot has status CRTD PASG SPCO

can i cancel lot ? if i done what changes occur in pp order & qm lot

Hello KP,

the given information in your first reply indicates that the stock postings are completed 'SPCO' how was this done if the inspection lot was not inspected and the UD was not made?

Never-the-less if the stockposting was done via QA11 then the following note [175842|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/175842] which describes how to reverse material movements made by the UD.

If your stock was moved via any other transaction then it would be interesting to know how you did this.

Cancelling of inspection lot is not possible for all inspection types.

Pl. let us know what is the inspection type.

Hi

Normally stock relevent inspection types like 01,04 , system will not allow to cancel the lot.

First yopu should look into why the status is CRTD instead of REL.

you can correct the errors.

In this case you might have created the inspection plan .

Pl. let me know if this is the case I will tell you how to proceed.

Hi,

As u said the material is recived for the purchase order, so it is stock relevent material, and lot can not be deleted.

For deleting the lot , material document is need to be cancelled.It can be done in MIGO.

As the inspection type is of 01 & there is valid inspection plan in SAP ........ please check that whether the same is assigned to the lot.....in case not then why it is not ?
