How to configure Versions for the current year.

Dear Friends,

During saving the sales order system giving the message as version 0 is not opened for the fiscal year 2008.

How to resolve it and whats procedure.

Hi,

Go to IMG Co- Gen controlling-Organization- Maintain version

On the right hand side pick up version 0 - and then select controlling area selection on the left hand side.

Again select version 0 on the right hand side and select Settings for each fiscal year.

and maintain the settings for the year 2008.

I think it will solve your problem.

Hi,

Use T.code OKEQ to main 0 version for year 2008.Select version 0 and double click on settings for each fiscal year in controlling area(in dialogue structure).maintain for the year 2008 and save.

Hi Friends,

When I am going through the t code given by you then message is coming like-- " Bacground process is on --only display mode is available". I am unable to proceed further .
