Billing plan items finding in VF04

Dear sap experts,

I have one sales order with no of line items with billing plan details.

Some of those items got billed and some them to be invoiced.

I have checked in VF04 -I have found 3 lines but how to find these lines are belonging to which line item in so?

Hello Phani,

In copy control VTFA- DATA-VBRK/VBRP- Item level 901 Routine is maintained.

Billing date=SY Date...may be this could be the reason ?

Yes, your understanding is correct..and i have checked some other sales documents also where billing plan is not there.

Still some of those line items coming into VF04 even it is billed.

In VOV7- Billing relevance is B- Relevant order related billing-Status according to order qnty

Please let me know is there any other settings to be checked in copy control ??

In standard system VTFA for F2->OR for TAO I have this:

The routine which you mention - 901 is a custom one, if you suspect that there is something wrong with it - ask a developer to take a look at the code and help you out if you don't feel confident with reading and troubleshooting the syntax.

Edit: you mentioned billing plan, which makes me wonder why your item category settings are not like this:

In VKDFS also the same details are coming.

I have checked in VBUP table for the line item ..but here billing status is completed.

My question is if billing cleared why still are coming in VF04??

Actually I want to update the logic to dev team which items are not billed from sales order...please kindly let me know how i can update..\

Just confirm-there are two line items in SO.(LI-1 and LI-2)

First line item LI-1 is split-ted into 5 billings as per billing plan (completed VF01 also for this 5 lines)and second line item LI-2 is split-ted into 2 lines as per billing plan.(Not done VF01 for this LI-2 )

But while running VF04-the first Line item is now visible in VF04-Is our understanding is right-Pl confirm.(normally Line item number will not be visible in this report)

If Billing status is not all getting updated then what kind billing relevance you maintained in VOV7...

So we are following order relevant billing here.

Normally VF04 will work based on table VKDFS-Have you checked VBUK/VBUP too for line item billing status with VBFA comparisons...

Hello Phani,

I am explaining the complete example-

In SO, No of sales line items are there-

Now i have executed in VF04- Below is the screen shot

Now I have checked in Individual billing documents....And Edit log..Below is the screen.

Now if we check those some of the line items in the sales order already invoice completed..

My question is in VF04 only details will be appeared where to be invoiced.

How to check which are pending documents in vf04?

Hope all these materials are delivery relevant and we are following Billing plan here..

Have you checked Predecessor data in Delivery at item level..LIPS with VGBEL and VGPOS...(Check Table VBKD too)
