so-error.pngDear Expert,

I tried to create a new sales order, but there are some error messages appear

1. When I tried to add product on SO it said that the product that I was selected is not in the product list,
yes the product is not in the product list, but in another system i was successfully added the product without make any product list.
When do we need to create a product list first ?

2. When I tried to finish the sales order the pricing is error, it doesn't appear and not calculated as well. the system said that pricing failed, there is a problem in communication arrangement

Please refer to the attachment I attached

Please anyone help us in advance because it is important for our demo next day

Thank you

Best Regard,
Rindang

Dear Rindang,

Based upon the pricing error screenshot, there are 2 possibilities,

1. You do not have a communication arrangement "Pricing in Sales Order Replication Scenario in SAP Business Suite".

2 Or you might have multiple arrangements with different systems, currently having multiple pricing arrangements isn't supported out of the box. If you really intend to integrate with multiple external systems, then you need to implement BADI to determine a specific external system for the pricing. BADI is "RecipientSystsemDeterminationByBusinessObject", this will determine which system to trigger the web-service call based upon objects like Account, Country etc.

We hope this helps with your queries.

Hello all,

We're facing an error with pricing failed, but only for some quotes (while others are well processed). There is a split in the middleware to check to which ERP system send the pricing request, but, there is a way to monitoring the outbound message?

Best Regards,

Javier
