Issue with Medical Benefits

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue with Health Care FSA which is stored in IT0170. eg. An EE contributes $3000 annualy for Health Care Benefits for which $50 is deducted from his salary every payperiod.

After a few months, the EE takes a leave for 2 months and there are no pay-checks credited to him for that period of leave, however he sends in the $200 for his Health Care FSA during that period which should be credited against her in IT0015.Now as the amount appears to be a credit in his paycheck its taking the negative amount from the employees YTD which is wrong.

Please help.
