Dear all
I am trying to using File Property for updating Fields in Original.
But i am not getting from SAP Help exactly what to do.
I want to know in customising where exactly i define data selected fro trasfer
and how to use File--
> custom

Hi,
From your link, you are referring to the sap-office integration that fetchces information from the DIR into the Word document.
You need to do customizing under "define applications" in order to enable the integration.
Then, add the necessary links to your word doc, and voila, it shuold work.

I was not aware of that functionality. I know you can transfer data from the DIR to the word document, a feature i have configured numerous times.
Can you send the link to the help-file location on that issue?

What "file" properties are you trying to use? The operating system file properties? Properties of a MS Word file? Fields from the DIR?
