ds-error.jpgHi All,

I am beginning to use Design Studio (DS) after 3-4 years now. Last version that i worked on was 1.3. I am facing issues when I am trying to grad data from HANA Calculation View (CV) into DS. CV has two measure which are defined as Data Type Decimal, Length 11 and Scale 2. By itself the measure show the total value but when I add any characteristics, it throws an error in Live Preview window stating "Could not Find any data to display." Error message says "

  • SQL Error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [266]: inconsistent datatype: [6970] Evaluator: type error in expression evaluator "

I have attached the screenshot for reference. I would greatly appreciate if someone can help.

Well Tammy, I am able to connect to HANA Backend and when I bring in measure, I see the data. It is only when I bring the characteristics, I see that error. Please see the attached screenshot.capture.jpg

Raj - reading the SAP PAM, it appears to me that only http connection is supported for HANA, not ODBC:
