Integration between EC and SAP Payroll - Start date before initial entry date

Hi everyone,
we are integrating Successfactors EC with SAP ERP Payroll using HCI.
We have done all the required config as per the guide. When running the replication query we are getting the following issue.
@5C\QError@Start date before initial entry date (31.12.9999)
Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
